Return & Cancellation Policies
For order cancellation on print, apparel, accessory or any other tangible orders. Please write your cancellation request to email@example.com within 12 hours of your order to ensure we have time to honor your request.
In the event an order cancellation request is not made, we cannot guarantee cancellation of your order, and it will be shipped out.
All sales on print, accessory, apparel and other tangible items are final. In the event you receive your package contents damaged, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and include an attached photo of the damaged goods along with your order number and information. In these events, we will happily send a replacement item with no additional shipping required.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your recurring subscription, please contact email@example.com with your order ID and information handy. You may also accomplish this more conveniently by simply replying to your initial order receipt received via email when you first sign up.
Once cancelled you will no longer be rebilled and continue to have access up until the end of your current billing period most previously paid for.
